These terms apply to your use of this website and any account you hold with Al Sanad New Men Tailoring. By creating an account you accept them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
Prices and the collection
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points in UAE Dirhams and depend on the cloth and finishing you choose. This website is a catalogue: it does not take payment and placing an enquiry does not create a contract of sale. The price for your garment is the one confirmed with you in the shop.
Appointments
A booking made through this website is a request until the shop confirms it. We may need to reschedule occasionally; we will tell you if that happens. Please let us know if you cannot attend so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Measurements
Measurements you enter yourself are recorded as submitted by you. We will verify them in the shop before cutting; where a garment is made from figures you supplied and not checked by us, we cannot accept responsibility for a resulting fit issue.
Bespoke garments
Garments cut to your individual measurements are made for you alone and cannot be resold. Alterations to correct our own error are made at no charge.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
