Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but a booked appointment guarantees a tailor is free to take your measurements without a wait. You can book from your account in under a minute.
How long does a kandora take?
A first commission usually takes seven to ten days including a fitting. Repeat orders from saved measurements are faster, and we will confirm a date at the consultation.
Can you keep measurements for my sons?
Yes. Your account holds a profile for each family member with its own measurement history, so a growing child's figures are updated rather than overwritten.
Who can see my measurements?
Only you and the shop staff authorised to work on your garments. Measurements are never shown on a public page and are not shared outside the business.
Do you alter garments made elsewhere?
We do. Bring the piece in and we will assess it at the counter; most alterations are completed within two to three days.
