What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information Al Sanad New Men Tailoring collects when you use this website or hold an account with us, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information we collect

Account details: your name, mobile number, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a cryptographic hash and are never readable by our staff.

Measurements: the body measurements you record, or that our staff record for you, together with the date each set was taken and who recorded it. You may also add measurements for family members whose profiles you create.

Appointments and enquiries: the service, date and time you request, any notes you add, and the messages exchanged between you and the shop.

How we use it

We use your information to tailor your garments, to manage your appointments, to answer your enquiries, and to keep an accurate record of the measurements we have worked from. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see your measurements

Your measurements are visible to you and to the shop staff whose role requires access in order to make or alter your garments. They are never shown on a public page, never included in a shareable link, and never disclosed to anyone outside the business except where the law requires it.

Changes to measurement records are logged, so it is always possible to see when a figure was updated and by whom.

Family profiles

When you create a profile for a family member you are responsible for having their agreement to do so, and for the accuracy of what you record. Where the profile is for a child, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and measurement history for as long as you hold an account with us, because the value of the record is that it persists between commissions. Transaction records may be kept longer where UAE law requires it.

Your choices

You can view and correct your details from your account at any time. You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and its measurement history — we will do so subject to any records we are legally required to retain. Contact us using the details below.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, sessions expire, and uploaded files are stored outside the public web root and served only after we have checked that the person requesting them is entitled to see them.
